Parent’s Night Out:
6 PM – 9 PM
Parents, drop your kids off for an evening of fun, food and games while you go out and enjoy a night to yourself. We provide your child’s dinner as well as 3 hours of fun and games.
Men and Women’s Self-Defense Seminars:
Become aware and learn self-defense for a would-be attacker. We go over gun and knife defense, joint manipulation, pressure points, choke holds and much more.
7 PM - 8 AM
Parents, drop your kids off for a full or half night of fun, movies, food and games. Your child sleeps over in our facility and is provided dinner and breakfast and a full night of fun and games.
Travel, meet new people, make new friends and compete against people from all around the world. ATA tournaments are closed for ATA competitors only. Have fun by putting your nerves to the test and showing off your skills.

ATA’s Kids ‘n Power Program covers important social and safety questions in an up-front, straightforward way that every kid can understand. Today, we incorporate martial arts techniques, such as break away moves, and teach kids important life lessons to help them successfully deal with threats and stay safe.
